Moved domain to Route 53 and started a new blog - even easier to set up than Jekyll.

• set up an S3 bucket, granting a public read policy and activating static web site hosting.
• set up a Route 53 hosted zone, using cli53 to convert and import previous bind zone file
• set up ruhoh following the excellent documentation
• used s3cmd to sync compiled site to s3 bucket
